Can I book online?
You are welcome to request a booking through the Contact page. I try to answer these as often as possible, however, during treatment hours I am usually back to back with client treatments. The quickest way to book an appointment is by calling the salon on 01752 604237. You can also send a message via Facebook, which I will respond to as soon as I can.
I’m calling from work and need to be discreet about my appointment…
Our salon team are used to this scenario! If you just say you’d like to book an appointment but are in a busy office so need to be discreet, they will run through the treatments, so just shout when they get to the one you want!
I can’t make/need to change my appointment.
No problem! All we ask is that you give us at least a couple of days notice. Being self employed, if we aren’t working, we aren’t getting paid! There is nothing more frustrating than setting up the treatment room for an appointment and they don’t show up. If we’d had enough notice, we could have filled the appointment with another client. Imagine taking time off work, unpaid, to wait in for a delivery and it doesn’t arrive. You’d be as mad as a box of frogs!
We also understand that people get sick and unexpected things happen. That’s fine, but PLEASE just let us know. Repeatedly cancelling at the last minute or failing to arrive for your appointment, will result in us taking full payment upfront or refusing treatment. And when you’re looking for the best Brazilian wax in Plymouth, you’ll be hard pushed to find a better intimate wax in Plymouth!
Evening appointments
Our two late evenings (Wednesday and Thursday) get booked up weeks in advance. Please try and bear this in mind to avoid disappointment!
Can I have additional treatments on the day?
It all depends on what you are looking for. If you’ve booked in for an eyebrow wax and wanted to add a full body massage, chances are we won’t be able to fit it in (unless we’ve had a cancellation – see above). If you’ve booked a full body massage and wanted a brow wax, we’ll do our best to squeeze it in!
Booking lash and tinting appointments
If you have not had any eye treatments with us before, you require a patch test. This applies to brow and lash tinting, lash extensions and lash lift treatments. We will not perform these treatments without a patch test at least 24hours before. You will need to pop into the salon where any one of the therapists can perform this 2 minute test on you. We’re talking about your eyes here, so it’s really not worth taking the risk!
Do you take card payments?
Yes. We take all debit and major credit cards.
What if I’m not happy with my treatment or service?
Our number one priority is that our clients are safe and happy. Please pipe up during the treatment if something is worrying you or if you have a problem when you get home, call us! We will do everything we can to put it right. We would rather you say if you’re not happy and give us the opportunity to fix any problem, rather than you go away unsatisfied and not returning.
Certain treatments require you to follow aftercare instructions, such as Shellac manicures and eyelash extensions and lifts. Please bare in mind that these types of treatments aren’t indestructible, so if you go home and are digging in the garden without gloves, please don’t blame us if your polish has chipped! Similarly if you have a shower the day after lash extensions and are using oil based facial cleansers, they will fall out! We can only advise you on aftercare, it’s up to you to look after your treatment once you have left the salon!
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Yes. As long as they are well behaved. We work with a LOT of hazardous solutions and products along with sharp tools and hot waxes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your children are entertained and not touching anything they shouldn’t!
Similarly, please bare in mind that whilst you are chatting and having your nails done, there may be another client who is trying to relax in the treatment room whilst having a massage. Chances are they have noisy children at home who they are trying to escape from! Please don’t be offended if we ask you to quieten your children down during an appointment.
Can I bring my dog with me to an appointment?
Sorry, but unless it is a guidance dog, we respectfully ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Alternatively, book them in for a spruce up at the dog groomers next door to us whilst you are hving your treatment!
